Electronic Signature: The Customer acknowledges and agrees that their electronic signature, as provided below, shall have the same force and effect as a handwritten signature.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and the Customer and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written, between the parties.
Insurance: The driver shall maintain liability insurance for the limousine service.
All deposits are NON refundable. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.
Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law.
Company will Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.)
Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
We charge a 5% Credit Card processing fee for ride cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled ride.
